Job Description
Haven Homes a Cassia senior communityis hiring OnCallRegistered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team.
This is your opportunity to join a solid stable and fun team with low turnover! The MN Department of Health currently ranks Haven Homes #1 out of 335 Nursing Homes in the State of Minnesota!
We moved into our premier 149unit independent living assisted living TCU and longterm care senior health & living campus in December are located a mere 12 miles from Ridgedale Mall just offHwy 12 in Maple Plain.
Pay:$34.75 $43.21 / hour depending on experience
Location:4848 Gateway Blvd Maple Plain MN 55359
Nurseresponsibilities:
- Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents families and staff.
- Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physicians orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
- Manages medications supplies and equipment including ordering receiving storing and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Notifies Clinical Manager attending physicians and family members of significant changes in a residents condition and takes follow up action as necessary.
- Performs additional duties as required.
Nurse skills and requirements:
- Must have MN RN or LPN License and be in good standing.
- Prior LTC experience preferred.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Selfstarter with a desire to be a part of a team.
