Are you looking for an opportunity to take your career to the next level in a high visibility high impact leadership role at one of the preeminent global providers of Identity Security Solutions Come join our North America Sales team as our Americas Enterprise Growth Leader. In this role reporting directly to the Vice President of North America Sales you will be responsible for leading a talented Enterprise sales team hyperfocused on hitting company New & Expansion/Growth targets via existing customer expansion and crosssell and Net New Logo acquisition. Qualified applicants will be skilled at setting clear expectations training coaching and developing their team delivering an accurate forecast and helping their team members meet financial quotas and hit key metrics. You will develop and maintain relationships with key target customers to drive Identity Security Sales growth. Sales responsibilities will be focused on New & Expansion business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow the North America Enterprise New & Expansion business through leadership of a team of seasoned Account Executives
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to meet and exceed team revenue growth and pipeline generation targets
  • Ensure brand values are maintained
  • Provide direction development and inspiration to team members
  • Manage the hiring staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce
  • Travel as needed to meet customers face to face to foster and develop trusted advisor relationships
  • Work closely with the Channel partner ecosystem to drive growth and mutually beneficial relationships
  • Partner crossfunctionally across the RSA Ecosystem (Professional Services Product Channel BDR Marketing Legal Support Customer Success) to deliver winning customer outcomes and deliver on company financial targets
  • Collaborate with the other members of the North America Sales leadership team to ensure the achievement of theater and broader company goals

Required Skills:

  • Typically 15 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience with 7 years leadership experience
  • Demonstrable history of consistent sales over achievement
  • Proven strategic approach to developing and maintaining new business with a demonstrable track record in new business development managing complex sales cycles which are contract heavy
  • Experience working with and selling to customer CLevel Executives
  • Operational excellence in process systems pipeline and forecast management
  • Demonstrable success in building and retaining high caliber talent for a rapidly growing market
  • High emotional intelligence/quotient
  • Strong teamwork skills and an eagerness to collaborate with peers and crossfunctional groups to drive RSAs success
