Job Description

You will be contacted directly by the facility after applying to this Healthcare System & Texas Transplant Institute is recruiting a boardcertified adult cardiothoracic transplant surgeon to join as our advanced and growing transplant and cardiothoracic program in San Antonio Texas. Qualified Candidates:Board certification by the American Board of Thoracic SurgeonsUNOS certificationMinimum of 25 years of experience and proficiency in all aspects of adult cardiothoracic surgery including heart transplantation lung transplantation VAD and ECMOProven experience preferably from a large and busy institution demonstrating strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with both private practice and employed groupsUnrestricted full Texas licensed (or eligible)Incentive/Benefits Package:Opportunity to join an established practice senior mentorship availableAbility to primarily focus practice at flagship hospital of Methodist HealthcareSignon bonusCompetitive salaryComprehensive benefit package that includes health and dental coverageRelocation assistancePaid malpractice
