The FP&A Analyst is a critical member of the Corporate FP&A team. This highvisibility role will work with corporate function stakeholders to optimize and execute financial planning reporting and analysis in support of Regal Rexnords continued growth. Successful candidates will be able to effectively collaborate and communicate with all levels of the organization to deliver results.

• Collaborate with business partners to develop the annual operating plan and monthly forecasts.
• Assist with monthend close activities perform variance analysis and partner to resolve issues identified.
• Complete monthly reporting packages to assist in effectively communicating drivers of results vs expectations.
• Communicate potential risks and opportunities vs the plan and recommend actions to achieve financial commitments.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide support on corporate led initiatives.
• Lead and assist with continuous improvement and standardization of processes.
• Support internal control processes to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and Regal Rexnord accounting policies.
• Create adhoc reports as necessary.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• 34 years finance experience required; global manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• High level of proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience with Hyperion BI OneStream or other consolidation and reporting tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• The ability to perform in a dynamic crossfunctional team environment is critical
• Strong organization skills to manage and prioritize a broad range of responsibilities.
