Ethics & Compliance Senior Manager at PwC AC Kolkata

Job Summary:

A career in Risk Management within Internal Firm Services will provide you with the opportunity to advance and foster integritybased decision making and conduct by PwC professionals throughout our organisation. Youll focus on promoting and monitoring compliance with applicable external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures to help manage PwCs regulatory litigation and reputational risk.

Our Compliance team is responsible for oversight of all Compliance activities by our PwC professionals. As part of the team youll help promote and monitor compliance with applicable external and internal policies laws and regulations and subsequently manage PwCs regulatory litigation and reputational risk.

Job Description:

As a Senior Manager in AC Kolkata Ethics and Compliance (E&C) you will be responsible for:

  • Handle end to end education and messaging for Ethics & Compliance function as per the policy and procedures of the Firm.

  • Ensuring Program Effectiveness and all program interventions in Program Effectiveness are effectively supported in terms of the assessment design implementation baseline monitoring evaluation transition learning and documentation as per local US E&C and Network standards requirement

  • Drive create and own endtoend E&C communications across multiple channels

  • Ensuring the local Ethics and Compliance communications are reviewed and vetted by the relevant stakeholders and approved by the US Education and Messaging team

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on program impact communicating findings to the E&C Director and other stakeholders.

  • Own and deliver against a comprehensive communication plan for internal communications; ensure messages are being delivered to the right audience at the right time in the right channel in a consistent and engaging format

  • Identify emerging topics in E&C function and develop proactive plans including crafting communications as needed

  • Conduct and support compliance risk assessments and communications in order to ensure compliance with applicable guidelines enacted by PwC AC Kolkata internal policies and procedures

  • Coordinate support and assist internal or external audit activities by providing necessary documentation and insights ensuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain an uptodate knowledge and understanding of firms and network requirements compliance and reporting responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and innovation implementing best practices to improve program delivery and effectiveness

  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Position/Program Important requirements:

  • Proven track record in designing and executing successful training programs

  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring coaching onthejob or in classroom training elearning workshops simulations etc.)

  • Experience in Ethics and Business Conduct domain and handling people related matters will be an added advantage

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance metrics

  • Excellent leadership collaborative and team management capabilities

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically

  • Experience working in a crossfunctional environment

  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office

  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment with stakeholders across the globe

  • Decision making aptitude based on given guidelines and in ambiguous contexts

  • Prior experience and most importantly a very strong interest in training and communications

  • An interest in and preferably some working knowledge of Gen AI tools/technologies

  • Adhering to timelines and excellent project management capabilities

  • Committed and selfmotivated
