Une offre de stage intituleStage de capitalization de la connaissance customisation de la cabine de la famille A320 (f/h) vient de souvrir au sein de Airbus avions commerciaux sur son site de Saint Martin du Touch. Vous rejoindrez le dpartement A320 Cabin Definition Management en charge de customisation de la cabine pour le programme A320.

Votre stage consistera amliorer les activits quotidienne des cabin customization manager en proposant une solution intuitive et facile dutilisation pour stocker et rechercher les connaissances du dpartement. Ceci avec un objectif damliorer le partage et le transfert de connaissance au sein de lquipe en charge de la dfinition des cabines. Ceci inclut (mais nest pas limit ):

• Capturer les besoin de capture de connaissance des Cabin Customization Managers (personnes en charge de la dfinition cabine avec les compagnies ariennes)

• Comprendre lcosystme des acteurs et les diffrentes sources dinformations

• Fournir un rapport de benchmarking sur les solutions existantes sur le march et disponible dans Airbus pour manager ce type dinformation

• Maquetter des solutions pour rpondre au besoin de facilitation de maintenance et de recherche de l information

• Mettre en place avec lquipe les premieres briques sur un cas pilote de la solution choisie par lquipe.

Idalement ce stage dune dure de 6 mois commencera en Janvier 2025

(la priode est communique titre indicatif et pourra tre revue).

Tches et responsabilits:

Votre tuteur/tutrice vous aidera identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le dveloppement de vos comptences. Vos principales activits seront les suivantes:

• Dveloppement dun tat desprit orient donnes au sein du dpartement.

• Promotion des initiative autour de la capitalization de donne au sein du dpartement et au del du primtre.

• Participation la dfinition dune reference de management de la connaissance pour le programme A320

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de dvelopper les comptences suivantes:

• Gestion de projet en mthode Agile.

• Connaissance dtaille de lactivit de customisation davion.

• Soft skills tels que communication et gestion des interlocuteurs.

Votre carte dembarquement:

Vous prparez actuellement un diplme de niveau Bac 5 (ou quivalent) dans le domaine de Analyse de donnes ou science de donnes ou une discipline apparente Vous possdez les comptences suivantes:

• Une premire exprience en gestion de projet

• Des connaissance en SQL HTML et CSS sont un plus

• Capacit travailler dans un environnement de travail multiculturel et international

• Rigueur autonomie et fortes capacits convaincre.

Comptences linguistiques attendues:

• Anglais : ngociation

• Franais: lmentaire

We offer an internship named Internship knowledge capitalisation for A320 Family cabin customization (f/m) at Airbus commercial aircraft in site Saint Martin du Touch.

You will join the A320 Cabin Definition Management department in charge of Cabin customization for A320 Family programme.

Your internship will consist in: improving daily activities of cabin customization managers by proposing an intuitive and easyto use using state of the art technologies to store and maintain the department knowledge. for business performance management of the cabin definition team. The solution aims to improve sharing and transfert of knowledge of the department. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Capturing knowledge capitalization needs from Cabin Customization Managers (team members in charge of cabin definition with the airlines)

• Understanding actors & business ecosystem and the various sources of information

• Deliver an benchmark report on existing solution on the market and available within Airbus to manage this type of information

• Develop a prototype to answer the needs of the team to facilitate the update and search of information in the solution

• Implement on a pilot case with the team the first bricks to demonstrate the capabilities of the solution selected by the team

Ideally this is a 6 months internship and it should start in January 2025 (date subject to flexibility).

Main tasks and activities:

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.

You will contribute to the following:

• Development of datacentric mindset in cabin customization department

• Promote knowledge management in the department and also beyond department perimeter

• Participate to the definition of the reference for knowledge management for A320 Programme.

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

• Project Management with Agile methodology

• In depth knowledge on Aircraft customization activities

• Soft skills such as communication stakeholder management.

Your Boarding Pass:

You are preparing a diploma level Bac5 in Data analytics or data science (or equivalent) and you will develop the following competences:

• Basic knowledge of project management

• Knowledge of SQL HTML and CSS is a plus

• Data exploration and quality monitoring mindset

• Able to cope with multicultural and international working environment

• Rigorous autonomous and with good interpersonal and communication skills

Language skills:

French: Elementary

English : Negotiation
