Description
JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Saviynt and SailPoint IdentityIQ developer/engineer to join our dynamic team. The Senior Security Engineer will play a crucial role in our development team delivering highquality software solutions. This position requires technical expertise in Saviynt development and engineering to ensure the successful completion of our development projects and the continuous improvement of our processes.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science information systems cybersecurity or a related field or equivalent experience/certification.
  • 5 years of progressive Information Technology/Information Security experience in engineering and development of IGA features & Application integration.
  • Overseeing code reviews to ensure highquality maintainable and efficient code. Setting and enforcing coding standards
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • 5 years of development experience in SailPoint IIQ Implementation Configuration Customization and deployment in an enterprise environment.
  • 5 years of experience in Java JavaScript JSON XML Python and REST development.
  • 5 Years of experience in Writing and troubleshooting rules workflows custom connectors.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Saviynt is MUST
  • Configure and deploy Saviynt Connectors for various target systems.
  • Handson experience with aggregation workflows tasks rules and roles.
  • Integrate IAM systems with inhouse applications third party applications and SaaS applications for provisioning identity authentication and developing connectors between IAM tools and system resources
  • Resolve technical issues through debugging research and investigation
  • Actively engage in requirements analysis with Product and Engineering Management
  • Debug enhance update optimize and refactor existing code as needed
  • 5 years of understanding of requirements design implementation integration testing.
  • 2 years experience working in agile methodologies.

Additional Skills/Preferred Experiences:

  • Solid understanding of IGA enterprise workflows forms and reusable rules tasks and reporting.
  • Experience with enterprise directory services Active Directory Radiant logic.
  • Be wellversed in REST fundamentals and API design best practices.
  • IGA and SailPoint Compliance Standards: Possess indepth knowledge of IGA and SailPoint compliance standards and best practices.
  • Fullstack knowledge of IT infrastructure:
  • Rest/Soap API development experience
  • Experience with SQL
  • Operating systems experience (Windows Unix and Linux)
  • Familiarity with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and engineering
  • Familiarity in Cloud hosting AWS (Amazon Web Services) & Azure.
  • Familiarity with AWSEKS and Kubernetes
  • Exercises effective communication leadership and problemsolving skills.
  • Works collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Complete understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (Requirements Gathering Analysis Design Documentation Development Testing Implementation and Maintenance).

Core Work Activities

  • Contributing to the codebase particularly for critical or complex components
  • Participating in project planning including estimation of tasks defining milestones and ensuring realistic timelines.
  • Assigning tasks to team members based on their skills and project requirements. Monitoring progress and adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Ensuring that all technical and project documentation is uptodate and accessible.
  • Identify and implement process improvements stay current with industry trends and promote innovative practices within the team.
  • You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support prioritized application onboarding efforts as well as integrate Saviynt with various software platforms supporting critical functions such as human resource management business operations.
  • Use outofthe box capabilities and custom development to integrate Saviynt for application onboarding.
  • Evaluates application connectors for bestfit and provides key influence to decision making.
  • Development of workflows rules custom connectors and task definitions.
  • Custom Development: Develop custom solutions and connectors to extend the functionality meet customer requirements.
  • IGA Compliance Standards: Possess indepth knowledge of IGA compliance standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support diagnose and resolve issues.

Managing Projects and Priorities

  • Thinks creatively and practically to develop execute and implement new project plans.
  • Generates and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports presentations etc.
  • Plans develops implements and evaluates the quality of operations.

Delivering on the Needs of Key Stakeholders

  • Understands and meets the needs of key stakeholders.
  • Communicates concepts in a clear and persuasive manner that is easy to understand.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of business priorities.
  • Supports achievement of performance goals budget goals team goals etc.

Providing Technical Support and Consultation

  • Provides recommendations to improve the effectiveness of processes and programs.
  • Demonstrates advanced knowledge of jobrelevant issues products systems and processes.
  • Demonstrates advanced knowledge of functionspecific procedures.
  • Applies knowledge/judgment to achieve business goals.
  • Foresees identifies and resolves problems.
  • Keeps uptodate technically and applies new knowledge to job.
  • Performs other reasonable duties as required for this position.

The salary range for this position is $98500 to $166900 annually. In addition to the annual salary the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus.

Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.04616 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.
