Job Description
Bachelors Degree Experience working with college aged students Experience planning and/or organizing events and/or programs Availability for evening and weekend hours Ability to live on campus as primary residence
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as an Resident Assistant/Community Advisor (or equivalent) or senior Resident Assistant (or equivalent) Supervision of undergraduate staff Experience working in higher education or residence life Experience serving in a crisis response/duty service role Effective time and project management skills We seek creative adaptable staff who enjoy working in a university climate that promotes cultural diversity multicultural understanding and cultural fluency.
