Note: This position requires employees to be onsite 5 days per week at the Newark NJ office.

Job Description
- Represent clients in immigration criminal defense traffic matters and occasionally family law and personal injury cases.
- Handle some daily court appearances often virtual with varied schedules.
- Conduct client intakes consultations and ongoing communication to manage expectations.
- Review and manage discovery case files and related documentation.
- Draft and file legal complaints and obtain necessary records such as medical documents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive legal support.
- Participate in onthejob training to further develop your legal skills.
Qualifications
- Active bar license in New Jersey (relocation assistance available).
- Bilingual Spanish required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
