Job Description

Southwest Florida private practice is seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon to join a large wellestablished private practice in beautiful Port Charlotte Candidates: Must have completed an ACGME accredited Orthopaedic surgery residency and an Orthopaedic Spine fellowshipMust be board certified or board eligible in Orthopaedic SurgeryHave a current or be able to obtain an unrestricted license to practice in Florida not subject to any restrictions probationary terms or conditionsNo history of license to practice being revoked restricted or suspended by any professional licensing agency in any state or jurisdictionHave current unrestricted DEA registrationSkilled in an array of spinal surgeries including but not limited to Laminectomy Microdiscectomy and KyphoplastyBe comfortable with a highvolume spine practiceIncentive/Benefits Package:Employment is offered through the private practiceHighly Competitive salary with productivity bonusesFull Benefits PackageRelocation PackageSignOn BonusCME AllowanceNo State Income TaxPartnership option availableAbout the Practice:Practice has three (3) locations in Port Charlotte Punta Gorda and Venice (main office in Port Charlotte)Ancillary services at each location (Therapy Imaging Pharmacy)Established in 1980 the practice has been in the community for over 40 yearsHost a wide variety of facilities onsiteRobust support staff and 12 Physicians
