What Youll Do:
Organize manage and safeguard medical records in compliance with state and federal regulations
Ensure timely filing retrieval and auditing of medical documents
Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure accurate recordkeeping
Help maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Support smooth admission discharge and transfer processes through excellent documentation

Experience with medical records or healthcare admin preferred
