- Be knowledgeable in & enforce racking & loading procedures tagging procedure & lotcontrol procedures
- Safe & efficient operations of all production equipment
- Prioritize processing based on schedule
- Perform parts inspection using correct methods
- Document & report any maintenance issues to shift foreman
- Monitor & program all furnaces to process correct parameters
- Must complete all phases of Blaster and Inspection Operator
- Walk through the shop once an hour to inspect each furnace for accuracy & ensure theircell is running efficiently
- Understand the processing of all material within production areas
- Ensure plant organization and cleanliness
- Acquire/maintain forklift certification
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math knowledge
- Proficient physical shape able to lift 25 lbs. regularly
- English reading proficiency
