Responsibilities:
Supervision of the recruitment team (2 persons team lead. ) and reporting to the management
Proactively conducting seafarer recruitment processes using various sources/means
Planning recruitment strategies
Building a network of contacts
Verification of documents required to work on a ship
Cooperation with employees in other branches around the world
Implementation and adherence to the set standards of the company
Adherence to business ethics
Representing the company externally and maintaining commercial and business confidentiality
Other assigned by the companys management
Requirements:
Knowledge of the maritime industry
Knowledge of the specifics of seafarers work and STCW documentation
Strong goal orientation and perseverance
Knowledge of sourcing candidates
Knowledge of conducting the recruitment process
Creativity in problem solving
High level of communication and organizational skills
Conscientiousness Flexibility ability to work under time pressure
Proven track record of success in recruitment/sales/insurance
Listening skills (Analysis of expectations/needs)
Ability to conduct a professional recruitment interview
Knowledge of English at a communicative level
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or sales or insurance. etc.
