As part of the Business Application Consulting team you lead the implementation of Oracle Supply Chain and Operations solutions. As a Manager you are accountable for guiding teams through complex project management leveraging your industry knowledge to deliver exceptional client service and drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
Manage Oracle Supply Chain Management projects focused on PLM/PDH solutions
Mentor and develop team members to achieve their potential
Oversee project planning execution and delivery to clients
Foster effectual communication and collaboration among team members
Identify opportunities for enhancing project efficiency and effectiveness
Maintain compliance with professional standards and ethical practices
Analyze project outcomes to inform future strategies and improvements
Engage with clients to maintain their needs throughout the project lifecycle
What You Must Have
Bachelors Degree
9 years of experience in implementing GTM/OTM/OM/MFG/Planning central/Inventory/Costing module in Oracle EBS/Oracle Cloud
Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
9 to 13 years of experience
Leading at least 4 endtoend implementations
Acting as Oracle Cloud domain specialist
Providing guidance on supply chain processes
Understanding business requirements for system configurations
Exposure to SCOR and APQC frameworks preferred
Proven experience in presales and client interactions
Leading teams and offering industry trend insights
Ability to implement Oracle Product Lifecycle Management
