As a Lobby Receptionist in the Amenity Services team you will be the primary point of contact for employees and guests ensuring smooth daily operations. You will coordinate with staff vendors and clients to maintain high service standards. Your role is crucial in delivering exceptional service and upholding our codes of conduct. Together we will create a welcoming and efficient environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the welcome and registration process for visitors and clients adhering to security protocols.
  • Administer the visitor access card system for premises.
  • Stay informed about all scheduled visitor and client arrivals.
  • Provide outstanding service to all visitors and clients maintaining a flexible and positive approach.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for general inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Address and resolve issues affecting service standards.
  • Communicate ongoing or potential concerns to ensure effective communication.
  • Continuously seek accurate and uptodate information.
  • Review details of upcoming events meetings and visitors during daily operations meetings.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:

  • Experience in clientfacing roles.
  • Reception experience in corporate leisure or hospitality settings.
  • Proven ability to deliver quality service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:

  • Experience in clientfacing roles within a fivestar environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and room booking systems.
