This post will be providing vital technical and administrative support to the Councils Building Control service including answering emails taking phone calls and dealing with invoices and payments across all aspects of the work including Building Notice and Full Plan applications dangerous structures and demolitions. We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong background in customer service organisation and administration.
Key Requirements:
Good customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner
Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage a varied and demanding workload
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in both oral and written communication
A proactive approach to work with the confidence to use your own initiative
A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in working practices
