JOB OVERVIEW
As the Genesis Front Desk Greeter/ Product Delivery Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for all customers creating a welcoming and professional dealership experience. You will also coordinate vehicle deliveries ensuring a seamless and informative handoff process for new Genesis owners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet Customers: Welcome customers with a warm and friendly greeting as they enter the showroom. Create a positive and inviting atmosphere.
- Customer Assistance: Assist customers by answering initial inquiries and providing general information about the dealerships offerings including vehicle models features and current promotions.
- Customer Direction: Direct customers to the appropriate sales or service personnel based on their needs. Ensure that customers are connected with the right team members efficiently
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage and coordinate service appointments for customers ensuring that scheduling aligns with technician availability and service department capacity.
- Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers providing updates on service progress confirming appointments and addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a basic understanding of Genesis vehicle models features and benefits to address customer inquiries accurately.
- Promotion Awareness: Stay informed about current Genesis promotions discounts and special offers to communicate these to customers effectively.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and document customer feedback comments and complaints forwarding relevant information to appropriate personnel for resolution and improvement.
- Documentation: Assist with administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and customer followups.
- Billing and Invoicing: Prepare and process invoices for completed services ensuring accuracy and compliance with established pricing and billing protocols. Handle customer payments and financial transactions.
- Organization: Maintain an organized filing system for records invoices and other paperwork ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with recordkeeping regulations.
- Showroom Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. Relevant administrative or office management training is a plus. A valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with customers colleagues and dealership staff.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of automotive technology and willingness to learn Genesis product features.
- Customer Service Orientation: A customerfocused mindset and the ability to provide exceptional service in interactions with customers.
**Salary range: $47000 to $52000 per year depending on experience**
