Job Description

Sales Account Specialist Regional (AlbanyBostonPhiladelphia Corridor (Excludes NYC))

New England & MidAtlantic North Direct Hire $120135k plus bonus

Konik is partnering with aleading provider of water treatment solutions who is seeking a Regional Account Specialist to support the microelectronics/semiconductor sector. This role focuses on managing and growing customer accounts through consultative sales strategic growth initiatives and relationship building.

Sales Account Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue and gross profit growth (>10% yearoveryear)
  • Maintain strong account retention (<3% attrition)
  • Achieve $250K in new business gross profit annually
  • Execute sales strategies and support new technology adoption
  • Manage and service accounts based on scope and commitments
  • Collaborate with a dedicated microelectronics team for account strategy

Sales Account Specialist Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of technical or outside sales experience in microelectronics/semiconductors
  • Background in water treatment specialty chemicals or UPW systems preferred
  • Proven ability to meet goals manage accounts and close new business
  • Strong communication organizational and teamwork skills
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
  • No visa sponsorship available
