Job Description
Location:HuntingtonElementary School
*position formerly known as Special Education PIV Para
THIS POSITION IS FOR THESCHOOL YEAR
ANTICIPATED START DATE IS AUGUST 7 2025
HuntingtonElementary School is seeking a paraeducator to work with students identified with special needs. This position is a part of a collaborative team of educators who work together to provide quality instruction and support services for students both in and out of the classroom (including in the life skills and behavioral skills programs). Candidates should demonstrate a compassion for students and a willingness to work hard. In addition excellent collaboration and communiction skills are essential. Duties could also include supporting student with personal needs.
Salary $20.50/hour
This position is subject to veterans preference.
