Summary:As part of the Building Services team this position is responsible for maintaining a professional and customer serviceoriented atmosphere in the front office as well as phone presence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answers and routes incoming calls
- Records and distributes messages in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintains employee contact information within the company
- Maintains awareness of daily status of employees
- Receives and routes incoming packages for the facility
- Receives and distributes faxes
- Receives signs in badges and directs visitors and guests
- Assists in maintaining calendar for shared conference rooms
- Performs additional administrative support/clerical duties as needed
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel
- Receptionist experience preferred
- Pleasant and professional phone etiquette
- Professional front office appearance
- Attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills able to deal with a wide range of situations and personalities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- A team spirit and cooperative nature
- Self starter capable of working and prioritizing projects with little supervision
- Mature dependable confident organized and adaptable to change
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
