Dental Clinic Receptionist
Leap Kids Dental is seeking a friendly organized and proactive Dental Clinic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and a key support for our clinical team. In this role youll work closely with dentists dental assistants and leadership to ensure an exceptional patient experience and efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Manage and update dental health records
Maintain accurate patient accounts and billing information
Verify insurance eligibility and assist with claims processing
Provide exceptional frontline customer service
Support general office upkeep and maintain inventory of supplies
Key Skills & Competencies
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Receptive to feedback and willing to grow
Skilled in conflict resolution and teamwork
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of office or administrative experience preferred
Clear legible handwriting
Basic computer proficiency (email scheduling data entry)
