Job Description
Project Manager Integrated
Location: Atlanta GA
Hybrid: 3 days inoffice per week
The role:
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with a proven track record of leading multiple projects to join our expanding team. This role is a vital cog in our machine ensuring that the wheels keep turning the ideas keep flowing and our deliverables are consistently excellent and on time. You would be working on 23 exciting consumer brands focusing on fully integrated campaign delivery.
Your responsibilities:
- Overseeing the planning implementation and tracking of specific mid and shortterm projects with specified deliverables.
- Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress while managing changes in project scope schedule and costs.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
- Establishing and nurturing a motivated project team ensuring optimal performance and quality.
- Applying risk assessment and management principles to identify project risks then plan and implement responses to them.
- Improving our processes by looking at workflow inputs and outputs to find efficiencies in our daytoday delivery of work.
- Maintaining comprehensive project documentation including the creation of a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project.
What were looking for:
- Proven working experience in project management in an agency environment.
- Knowledge of various advertising channels such as social digital web POS print motion TV DOOH OOH
- Exceptional clientfacing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Experience in content production a bonus.
- Strong working knowledge of project management tools principles and methodologies.
- A team player with a strong will to foster a positive work environment.
