This is an exceptional opportunity for a wellrounded dynamic leader who thrives in highvolume environments while delivering bespoke luxury culinary experiences across multiple outlets.
This role is responsible for the quality consistency and execution of all banquets culinary operations. This handson leader oversees menu planning purchasing staffing and production for weddings conferences social events and VIP functions. Working closely with the Executive Chef the role ensures exceptional guest experiences drives team performance controls operating costs and maintains the highest food safety and sanitation standards. A key focus is the development and mentorship of the banquet kitchen team upholding The RitzCarltons legacy of excellence in every detail.
