What will your responsibilities include

  • Full lifecycle recruiting: Managing the entire recruitment process from defining positions to onboarding.
  • Collaborating directly with hiring managers to grasp their teams hiring requirements and dynamics.
  • Sourcing talent through indepth internet research networking competitive intelligence gathering and referrals from employees and candidates.
  • Consistently building a robust pipeline of highquality candidates using innovative sourcing methods.
  • Guiding candidates through the recruitment process and ensuring an exceptional talent experience.
  • Developing overseeing and enhancing recruitment processes.

Requirements :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates in highgrowth environments.
  • Experience in managing the endtoend recruitment process.
  • Proficiency in developing constructing and utilizing various sourcing tools to build a candidate pipeline.
  • Ideal candidates possess high innovation and creativity skills in sourcing and recruitment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic evolving and growing environment like Solaredge.
  • Handson experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) experience with Comeet is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
