Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AIDriven Product Development: Oversee the design and implementation of AIenhanced solutions within the ServiceNow platform aligning with business objectives and client needs.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including customer success managers developers architects and business analysts to ensure seamless integration of AI functionalities.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients as a presales consultant to understand their challenges and identify opportunities where AI can add value translating these insights into actionable product features.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI and ServiceNow ensuring our solutions remain cuttingedge and competitive.
- Promote Best Practices: Advocate for the adoption of the Business Technology Standard and other best practices in AI and product management.
To sum it up youll benefit from the following skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in development product management and presales with a focus on AI and platform solutions like ServiceNow.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI technologies machine learning and their application within enterprise platforms.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align product development with business goals and client needs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
