About the Role
You will be working in a fastpaced organization that promotes crossfunctional collaboration to develop and oversees marketing campaigns:
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Support campaign planning and execution by helping to develop marketing initiatives manage content distribution and track performance.
- Collaborate with other teams to execute creative ideas including detailed briefings reviews and approvals.
- Crafting compelling messages tailored to target audiences.
- Using datadriven insights to evaluate creative effectiveness and refine promotional strategies for optimal results.
The success of this role will be measured by:
- Increase Creative Production Capacity: Transition from producing 15 static creatives per month to 25 diverse creatives per month. This includes 10 short videos and exploring AIgenerated trendbased creative formats to align with current digital trends.
- Improve Performance Metrics: Achieve a 10% improvement in key performance metrics such as ClickThrough Rate (CTR) Conversion Rate (CVR) and App Start Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) compared to the previous year. This will result from enhanced creative variety and optimization.
- Deliver Actionable Insights: Conduct monthly creative performance reviews to identify the most effective content angles. Provide at least 3 actionable insights per month to guide the team in refining ongoing campaigns and improving outcomes.
- Monitor and React to Competitor Strategies: Establish a competitor monitoring framework to analyze pricing strategies and campaigns from key competitors (e.g. FWD Cigna Bupa). Deliver biweekly reports with actionable recommendations enabling timely responses to competitive moves.
About you
You are a proactive and responsible person who takes ownership of tasks and exhibit a proactive problemsolving approach and:
- Communication: Strong ability to articulate creative ideas and concepts clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Proficiency in creating concise creative briefs providing constructive feedback and collaborating with crossfunctional teams such as production houses and marketing teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Strong execution: 1 year of proven track record on managing endtoend creative production workflows from brainstorming and concept development to final delivery.
- Skilled in multitasking and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining highquality output across multiple projects.
- Social Media: Comprehensive understanding of major social media platforms such as Instagram YouTube Facebook and LinkedIn. Proficiency in platformspecific algorithms best practices and content formats. Able to ideate and create platformoptimized content ensuring relevance and trend alignment to drive engagement and reach.
- Data Analysis: Capability to measure and interpret campaign performance metrics such as engagement rates CTRs and ROI. Skilled in using tools like Google Analytics Meta Business Suite or other relevant platforms to generate reports and extract actionable insights for improving future creative strategies.
