Scheduler (Service Planner / CoOrdinator)
Location: Abingdon

What Youll Be Doing
As a Scheduler youll be the essential link between our customers and our field engineershelping to coordinate appointments resolve issues and ensure we deliver on our promises.
Youll:
Plan and schedule field engineer visits adapting quickly to changing customer needs.
Deliver excellent service whether its a quick call or a detailed emailevery interaction counts.
Collaborate closely with engineers coordinators and other team members to get the job done efficiently and effectively.
