Events Specialist Kensington or Fulham
Location: Kensington Fulham
Salary: 50000 Bonus
Hours: Primarily MondayFriday 9am5pm with occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Your Role at a Glance
As our Events Specialist youll be the driving force behind a full calendar of exciting and engaging events that foster a strong community spirit among residents. Youll split your time between collaborating with the internal team and working alongside the sales team to attract prospective residents through larger showcase events.
Key Responsibilities
Culture Building: Develop a residentled culture of participation creativity and community ownership of the events calendar.
Hosting: Plan and execute a mix of everyday events and highprofile occasions featuring guest speakers and special themes.
Community Integration: Help residents feel at home connected and part of a vibrant welcoming community.
Innovation: Collaborate with internal teams and residents to continuously evolve the events programme with fresh forwardthinking ideas.
Schedule Management: Create manage and maintain a dynamic and varied events calendar with seamless delivery.
Company Structure
Work closely with the inhouse General Management team and residents
Collaborate with the external sales team to attract new community members
Report directly to the Site GM

Proven track record in events planning with a flexible and responsive approach to feedback
Strong confident personality not just a yes person
Outgoing engaging and energetic
Openminded with a growth mindset and willingness to evolve
Experience with highnetworth individuals or in the luxury sector preferred
