Job Description
Job Title: PD Coach (Term Time Only)
Job Type: Fulltime
Salary:(Annual)
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver highquality coaching and support to students enhancing their personal development and skills.
- Collaborate with faculty members and other staff to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
- Design and implement coaching programs tailored to students needs and goals.
- Monitor and evaluate students progress providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Facilitate workshops and seminars on relevant topics to promote professional and personal growth.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and coaching sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest coaching methodologies and best practices.
- Participate in staff meetings training sessions and professional development opportunities.
Essential Qualifications:
- A relevant degree or qualification in coaching education psychology or a related field.
- Proven experience in a coaching or mentoring role preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and staff.
- Demonstrated ability to foster positive relationships and build rapport with students.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in developing coaching programs and strategies for personal development.
- Familiarity with the challenges facing students in a college environment.
- Previous work in an educational institution or training environment is preferred.
- A background in facilitating workshops or group sessions on personal development topics is a plus.
