We are seeking a detailoriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to input update and maintain accurate information in our databases and systems. The ideal candidate will be focused efficient and able to manage large volumes of data with accuracy and confidentiality.
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately input and manage data related to client information insurance policies and claims.
- Maintain and update records in the company s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Assist in generating reports as needed to support monthly and quarterly targets.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline data processes and improve efficiency.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in data entry and computer applications particularly CRM software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
Desired Experience
- Prior experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with insurance industry practices is a plus.
