Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and handson People & Culture Lead to join us on a parttime basis (50%) and take ownership of our people strategy and operations across multiple European markets. While based in Warsaw this role carries global responsibility supporting team members accross EMEA USA and Latin America.

This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their leadership journey who is looking to grow into a Chief People Officer role over the next five years.

Tasks

Culture & Engagement

  • Promote a highperformance inclusive culture aligned with our mission and values.
  • Build engagement collaboration and communication across our distributed international team.
  • Support internal events and peoplefocused initiatives that foster connection and purpose.

People Operations

  • Build and improve core HR processes: recruitment onboarding development and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations across our active countries.
  • Coordinate employment contracts payroll and benefits with local partners.

Organizational Development

  • Work closely with leadership to align people practices with company growth.
  • Help set up scalable systems and structures for hybrid and international work.
  • Support leadership development and longterm team planning.

Growth into Leadership

  • This role is designed to grow into Chief People Officer within five years.
  • Over time build and lead a small international people function.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team on culture structure and talent.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in People & Culture HR or a related role ideally with some exposure to international or European teams.
  • A strong foundation in HR fundamentals and a readiness to learn and grow.
  • Knowledge of Polish labor law; familiarity with other European markets is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (Polish strongly preferred); other European languages are an advantage.
  • Proactive organized and passionate about building culture and systems from the ground up.
  • Eager to grow with the company and take on increasing responsibility over time.
