Job Description
The Beyond Beauty Club is seeking a dedicated and selfmotivated accountant to become a vital part of our financial management team. Based in Warsaw Poland you will join a small but dynamic group committed to excellence and innovation. In this role you will contribute significantly to our financial operations by ensuring precise accounting practices and adherence to all relevant regulations. Tasks
- Perform daily accounting entries and support general ledger maintenance
- Reconcile bank statements supplier accounts and intercompany balances
- Assist with monthly and quarterly closings
- Prepare standard financial reports and internal summaries
- Support the preparation of VAT and other local tax filings
- Maintain accurate and uptodate accounting records
- Assist in invoice processing and payment tracking
- Collaborate with external partners such as local accountants or auditors
- Support the Financial Controller with data collection and reporting tasks
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance support role
- Good understanding of accounting principles and local regulations
- Familiarity with accounting software (experience with Avalara or Abacus is a plus)
- Strong Excel skills (basic functions pivot tables data organization)
- Fluency in English and Polish
- Degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within a fastpaced international environment
