Tasks
- Support the development and execution of trade marketing initiatives within the assigned product category
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis including product performance pricing and regional benchmarks
- Monitor sales data to identify trends gaps and growth opportunities
- Analyze client assortment matrices and provide datadriven recommendations
- Assist in planning and implementing promotional activities ensuring alignment with marketing goals
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather insights and support category performance
- Track key performance indicators and prepare reports for internal stakeholders
- Provide input on pricing structures and assortment planning based on analysis and market feedback
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. trade marketing specialist product manager category manager brand manager category specialist) this is an individual contributor role with no team management responsibilities.
- Proficiency in English
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strategic planning and longterm development skills for product or category growth
