Job Description
Facility: Ashland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
Address: 906 Thompson St Ashland VA 23005
Type: Permanent (FTE)
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Salary Range: $28-$30/hr
Shifts Notes: 30hrs/Week
Flexible: Monday through Friday with weekends as needed. Tuesday through Saturday. Sunday through Thursday
Close to Richmond and Washington DC. Located a few miles from Randolph Macon College. Facility is one of few that have a contract with the VA. Approx number of short term to home patients and LTC patients: 15 Short Term on average LTC the rest Services are provided to patients individually in group/concurrent or co-treatment based on needs.
