Job Description
Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Staff Nurse with OB/GYN experience to support Hospitals Ambulatory OBGYN department. The Staff Nurse will provide patientcentered care support clinical procedures and collaborate closely with providers and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct health assessments and document patient histories.
Perform fetal monitoring and nonstress tests.
Assist with OBGYNspecific procedures and direct patient care.
Administer medications and immunizations.
Educate and counsel patients on care plans medications and followup procedures.
Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards (TJC DOHSS).
Respond to emergencies and escalate care as needed.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
License: Active RN License in New Jersey.
Certifications: BLS required. CLC or Ambulatory Care Cert preferred.
Experience:
and nbsp; and nbsp; Minimum 2 years in OB/GYN or MaternalChild health.
and nbsp; and nbsp; Ambulatory care/outpatient experience preferred.
