Job Description

Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze business processes identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with stakeholders project managers and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Solution Design: Develop and propose solutions to address business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
• Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support decisionmaking and identify trends and insights.
• Documentation: Create detailed documentation including business requirements process maps and functional specifications.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Project Support: Assist project managers in planning and executing projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Testing and Validation: Participate in testing and validation of new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements.
Certifications / Skills / Experience:
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Effective communication and presentation
• Problemsolving and critical thinking
• Time management and organization
• Technical proficiency and understanding of IT systems
• Adaptability and flexibility
