Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented ERP Data Migration Specialist to lead and manage the complete data migration lifecycle from our legacy ERP system to a modern ERP platform. This role is critical in ensuring seamless data integrity consistency and minimal disruption during the transition process.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a fullscale data migration strategy covering:

Data extraction cleansing transformation validation and loading (ETL)
-
Map and translate data accurately between legacy and new ERP systems.

Analyze and resolve data quality issues including redundancies inconsistencies and missing values.

Collaborate with functional teams to identify missioncritical data and define retention policies.
-
Establish and execute data quality assurance checks to ensure completeness accuracy and reliability of migrated data.

Build and manage ETL processes for highvolume structured data transfer.
-
Perform system and user testing to validate migrated data integrity and operational usability.
-
Generate regular progress reports and proactively address risks and challenges in the migration process.

Maintain documentation for all processes mappings and quality checks for audit and compliance purposes.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP data migration working with both legacy and modern ERP systems.

Proficiency in SQL and extensive experience with data migration tools (e.g. Informatica Talend Microsoft SSIS).

Deep understanding of ETL processes data structures and data normalization techniques.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Experience in data governance regulatory compliance and secure data handling.

Excellent communication skills for engaging with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications

Professional certifications in ERP platforms (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics).

Experience with cloudbased ERP migrations (e.g. Oracle Cloud ERP Dynamics 365 SAP S/4HANA).

Domain knowledge in manufacturing finance or supply chain operations.

Familiarity with data visualization/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
