Job Description

Welcome to The Freelance Firm!

We are a national network of experienced highlevel freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote ondemand support for both shortterm and longterm legal projects for our client law firms.

Due to increased demand we are now interviewing for a qualified experienced and dedicated Georgia Probate and Family Law Paralegal.

Remote work hours will vary but are expected to range from approximately 610 hours per week.

Paralegal Requirements:

Manage/support a caseload of probate and family law matters as assigned
Drafting pleadings/petitions
Manage deadlines
Communicate with clients
Collaborate with legal team to ensure case efficiency
Selfstarter and able to work independently

Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour.
