Job Description

This is a remote position.

Join Our Team at VirtuallyinCredible as an Executive Assistant!


We are looking for a proactive and strategic Executive Assistant to work on the business not just in it. This role will work closely with the CEO providing highlevel support and taking ownership of operational and administrative tasks to streamline processes and improve overall multifaceted position requires a proactive and detailoriented individual with exceptional communication skills high adaptability and the ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality.


Responsibilities:


  • Acting as an executive assistant to the CEO by managing calls emails and calendar coordination

  • Relieving the CEO of recurring administrative duties including regular checkins with internal teams

  • Conducting research and gathering data including secret shopping reports

  • Establishing implementing and standardizing internal processes and operational workflows

  • Staying connected with various project points of contact to ensure alignment and timely execution

  • Building tools forms and systems for operational processes (e.g. application processing workflows)

  • Note: This role will not involve screening applications but rather creating and optimizing the systems used by others who do.



Requirements

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive solutionsoriented mindset.

  • Experience in Project Management Process Management or Process Development/Optimization is preferred but not required

  • Clear and neutral American English accent for effective communication

  • A quiet and dedicated home office setup

  • Willingness to work during graveyard shift hours

  • Stable and highspeed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) with a reliable backup connection

  • Uninterrupted power supply or power backup system to ensure work continuity

  • Computer specs: At least an 8thgen Intel i3 processor 8GB RAM SSD storage running on Windows or macOS
