lifelong customers. Our customers are auto repair and collision locations as well as new and

used dealerships where we provide management systems payment services

communications tools scheduling modules as well as accounting and finance packages. We

The ShopWare team is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Developer to

join them. The team develops modern Shop Management Software that provides not only

transformational shop management tools but also transparent customerfacing

communications. The result Increased efficiency enhanced profitability and second to

none customer service for each of our customers.

What will you work on

Build and rapidly iterate on full stack application features using highly customized API

and integrations in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript

Contribute architectural vision and execution

Continually help improve development practices to deliver highly available software

What skills and experience are we looking for

Thorough knowledge of Ruby on Rails: the framework pros and cons how to effectively

organize code and how to write efficient and understandable code

Ruby on Rails 6 HTML CSS and React

JavaScript; we have a lot of clientside code!

Relational DB (Postgres MySQL SQL) engines

a plus!

Are there any other requirements

At least 5 years of experience suggested

Fully remote position but must be able to work within the PST time zone

Provide nonproprietary and nonconfidential sample(s) of your work if possible
