Job Description

Contract Support Specialist (7Month Contract)
Location: Manila Philippines
Employment Type: FullTime EntryLevel Onsite or Hybrid (depending on client setup)
Industry: Global Information Services / Sales Operations Support

We are currently seeking a Contract Support Specialist for a 7month contract role with a leading multinational organization. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals based in Manila who are looking to build a career in sales operations contract administration or business support within a global corporate environment.

Please note: Only candidates currently residing in Manila will be considered for this role.

About the Role
As a Contract Support Specialist you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of client contracts and supporting internal sales teams. You will be responsible for managing contract data with high accuracy coordinating with crossfunctional teams and maintaining compliance across all contractrelated activities.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with contract entry updates and administrative processing for new sales and renewals.

  • Ensure commercial proposals and contracts are accurate and processed within deadlines

  • Coordinate with sales finance and order management teams to resolve queries and issues

  • Manage data related to client subscriptions pricing and contract terms

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and client requirements

  • Resolve errors and inconsistencies in contract documents and customer records

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree (Business Finance Administration or related field preferred)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Word)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment

  • Previous experience in administration customer service or shared services is an advantage.

  • Open to fresh graduates with strong academic or internship experience.

Basic Qualifications: Accounting Bachelor s or Master s degree. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research abilities with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Willingness to work rotational shifts as per business needs. Preferred Qualifications: 1 3 years of relevant experience. Experience using Salesforce or Oracle.
