Develop and execute sales strategies to promote architectural and design services to prospective clients.
Identify new business opportunities in real estate construction and interior design segments.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with developers contractors consultants and corporate clients.
Collaborate with the design and project teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
Monitor market trends competitor activity and client preferences to refine service offerings.
Achieve sales targets through effective lead generation pipeline management and deal closure.
Represent the firm at industry events exhibitions and networking opportunities.
Maintain an updated CRM database and prepare regular sales reports for management.
Negotiate contracts pricing and service terms aligned with company policies.
Provide feedback from clients to the design and leadership teams to improve offerings.
Bachelor s degree in Architecture Business Marketing or related field. MBA or architectural background is a plus.
5 years of experience in sales preferably in architecture design or construction industries.
Strong understanding of architectural services project lifecycle and client expectations.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical and creative teams.
Proficiency in CRM tools MS Office and proposal software.
