Job Description

A leading architectural and design firm is looking for a resultsdriven and strategic Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives build client relationships and drive revenue growth across commercial residential and institutional projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote architectural and design services to prospective clients.

  • Identify new business opportunities in real estate construction and interior design segments.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with developers contractors consultants and corporate clients.

  • Collaborate with the design and project teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.

  • Monitor market trends competitor activity and client preferences to refine service offerings.

  • Achieve sales targets through effective lead generation pipeline management and deal closure.

  • Represent the firm at industry events exhibitions and networking opportunities.

  • Maintain an updated CRM database and prepare regular sales reports for management.

  • Negotiate contracts pricing and service terms aligned with company policies.

  • Provide feedback from clients to the design and leadership teams to improve offerings.



Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Architecture Business Marketing or related field. MBA or architectural background is a plus.

  • 5 years of experience in sales preferably in architecture design or construction industries.

  • Strong understanding of architectural services project lifecycle and client expectations.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical and creative teams.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools MS Office and proposal software.

Ability to manage the Office stationary and Maintenance. 5. Front office handling with ledgers 6. Should be having a Admin Purchase Knowledge 7. Should have handled House Keeping & Security Management . 8. Must having knowledge in MS Office.
