This is a remote position.
We are looking for a responsible Office Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The duties of the Office Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees and performing general administrative activities.
Responsibilities
Distribute faxes and forms
Receive payments and mail in the PO box
Post ads to Facebook and Craigslist
Correspond with prospective buyers
Answer and direct phone calls
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Maintain contact lists
Provide general support to visitors
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Handle requests and queries from senior managers

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
Requirements and Skills Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is a plus. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High school degree.
