QSourcing Limited trading as QSourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda Kenya Tanzania Rwanda and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client we are looking for competent skilled and experienced Brand and Activation Executive to work in Uganda.
JOB SUMMARY
To deliver the Annual Operating Plan (AoP) objectives by building the Airtel brand image supporting the sales and marketing functions through ensuring maximum brand at all events and BTL activations all in conformity to the overall brand/business strategy and corporate Identity of the brand.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Health (Optimum utilization of brand resources)
Coordinating with all departments to ensure consistent implementation of all brand/product awareness activities Below the Line in relation to communication in the trade and approved Road map
To achieve highest standards of brand Recall through TOMA (Top of Mind Awareness) & Bonding Targets
To implement monitor and ensure maximum visibility of the brand at all Airtel consumer engagement sponsored events as well as department specific engagements in accordance with agreed sponsorship category
To Innovate and propose new ways of attaining the highest brand recall possible for consumer engagement events benchmarked to industry standards
To ensure up to date communication material is used at all events in accordance with approved and current communication road map
Provide support to the cross functional departments
Liaise with cross functional section heads on consumer and trade engagement activities planned to adequate representation of the brand from a product and brand material respect
Ensure adequate and visible representation of the Airtel brand at all Sponsored events
Work closely with the Sales and Distribution regional teams to ensure regional activities are fully supported with adequate material in accordance with agreed and foresighted road map
Work hand in hand with shops and trade executive to ensure up to date communication material is available in all retail points in accordance with the approved retail toolkit.
Living the brand
Ensure the Airtel brand values are lived and exhibited in engagement with all stakeholders and partners at sponsored events to drive understanding of the Airtel brand culture and philosophy in all customer constituencies
Budget Implementation
Proper regular and documented stock taking of all available branding materials to avoid wastage across cross functional teams.
Recommend innovative and cost efficient budget management approaches as far as visibility is concerned
Adherence to internal systems and processes.
QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Diploma in relevant field
BA in a relevant field will be an added advantage
Minimum of 35 years experience in a marketing position with a focus on trade visibility
Experience of Telecommunications Industry or FMCG marketing environment is an added advantage
Able to operate in a performance driven organization
