We are looking for a talented Events Manager to lead our rapidly growing pipeline of events for our private clients intermediaries and institutional segments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain our events calendar and manage the annual budget
- Lead creative ideation for events creating insightful and memorable events that are distinctive and reflect our organisational values
- Project manage our events from event planning to execution to postevent management
- Invitations internal and external announcements
- Registration support and reporting
- Event supplies and shipping
- Production of event materials
- Staffing and support
- Measure ROI of events and report on success and next steps
- Manage relationships with event organisation business partners and certain sponsorships
- Work closely with marketing team for audio visual production content development and advertising
- Coordinate stakeholders to deliver and communicate extraordinary event experiences
Qualifications :
- At least five years prior experience in event management
- Strong project management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong experiential marketing and creative skills
- Ability to multitask problem solve and think independently
- Proactive selfsufficient and resourceful
- Familiar with successfully marketing events on social media
