OVERVIEW
As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Spring Venture Group you will utilize Tableau machine learning and other analytical tools to support our datadriven organization. This is an excellent opportunity to gain new skills in a smallteam environment as part of our rapidly growing company. In this role you will collaborate directly with managers and directors from various departments and your analysis will create an immediate impact on the company.
REPORTS TO
The Business Intelligence Analyst reports to the VP Business Intelligence.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- The essential duties for this role include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate closely with department leaders to design and sustain actionable dashboards derived from a relational database.
- Communicate clearly confidently and effectively through verbal and written means with coworkers in technical and business roles.
- Reoccurring market research to keep decisionmakers abreast of the competitive landscape.
- Create and manage weekly and monthly reports with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist Human Resources Marketing Finance Sales and Operations with ad hoc requests.
- Work closely with upperlevel management providing recommendations on both daily and longterm business strategies.
- Assist in applying and expanding new technology and tools.
If applicable may also include performance measures.
Qualifications :
ROLE COMPETENCIES

- Strong Excel Skills
- Basic understanding of statistics
- Basic understanding of database structure
- Basic understanding of data visualization
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- BA/BS in Business Finance Accounting Mathematics or relevant experience required.
- Strong analytical background.
- An advanced understanding of business problemsolving.
- Interest in constantly learning as technology changes.
- Capable of working independently or with a team depending on the differing needs of each project.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Operationally focused.
- Understands what metrics to track and how to use them to identify and diagnose areas for optimization.
- Highly detailoriented.
- Proficiency with data visualization software.
- Proficiency in Excel required.
