Blue Print Out is seeking a detailoriented and driven Client Account Representative to join our team in Cincinnati OH. In this role you will act as a primary point of contact for our clients ensuring their needs are met while maintaining strong and productive relationships. You will play a critical role in representing our companys commitment to outstanding service and client success.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Manage and update client accounts and documentation
Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Coordinate with team members to ensure client expectations are met
Track and report client account performance and feedback
Assist with onboarding new clients and updating account details
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field (preferred)
12 years of experience in client service account management or a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Problemsolving mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
