Job Description
As a Front Desk Representative you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service managing front desk operations and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients visitors and staff in a professional manner
Answer incoming calls direct them appropriately and take accurate messages
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
Handle mail distribution and deliveries
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Monitor office supplies and coordinate restocking
Ensure adherence to company procedures and protocols
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a front desk receptionist or administrative role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Friendly professional demeanor with a customerfocused attitude
