We are seeking an organized and detailoriented Event Coordinator to join our team in Dallas TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing a wide range of events from start to finish. This role requires excellent communication skills strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution
Work closely with clients to determine event needs and expectations
Manage event timelines budgets and logistics
Secure and negotiate with vendors venues and service providers
Ensure all permits insurance and legal documents are in place
Supervise event staff and volunteers onsite
Resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during events
Evaluate event success and provide postevent reports
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality or related field (or equivalent experience)
13 years of experience in event planning or coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage budgets and work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Flexible schedule including availability on weekends and evenings as needed
