Job Description
Signal Tru Brand is seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to join our growing team in New Orleans LA. This role is essential in supporting our event planning team and ensuring the smooth execution of brand events corporate functions and client activations. The ideal candidate is detailoriented passionate about event logistics and thrives in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of events from concept to execution
Support the Events Manager with scheduling logistics and vendor communication
Prepare event materials supplies and signage as needed
Maintain detailed timelines checklists and inventory records
Attend events to provide onsite support and ensure operations run smoothly
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet project deadlines
Perform administrative tasks related to event planning and followups
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Previous experience in event planning hospitality or administrative support is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook)
Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
